Jorge Cravo is Senior Partner at LBC in Portugal, with more than 25 years of experience in management consulting and digital transformation. He leads LBC’s international business development activities, as well as its Operations & Performance and Intelligent Automation practices.

He has led and contributed to more than 300 consulting projects covering strategy, organizational transformation, change management, human resources, operations, marketing and sales, and digital transformation.

Throughout his career, Jorge has advised governments, public institutions and leading private-sector organizations across Portugal, Spain, South Africa, Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde. He has served both as a team leader and member of multiple steering committees, helping organizations translate strategic ambition into effective implementation and sustainable results.

Jorge brings extensive experience in leading strategy and digital transformation projects that enable organizations to redefine their strategic direction, redesign operating models and harness technology to improve performance. His work spans sectors including energy; transport; telecommunications, media and technology (TMT); banking and government; and includes the design and implementation of intelligent automation initiatives.

He combines strategic perspective, operational expertise and a strong results orientation, with a particular interest in how digital technologies and innovation can improve organizational performance.
