Consistiu num relat\u00f3rio que registou a resposta \u00e0 pandemia de COVID-19 no pa\u00eds, entre 2020 e 2021, numa perspetiva de gest\u00e3o das finan\u00e7as p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Foi uma an\u00e1lise extensa, baseada em dados governamentais, que avaliou o custo total da despesa p\u00fablica resultante da pandemia, as diferentes fontes de financiamento (nomeadamente financiamento governamental, empr\u00e9stimos e subs\u00eddios) e como os fundos foram alocados. O estudo analisou como a resposta \u00e0 pandemia foi integrada no Or\u00e7amento Geral do Estado e a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das despesas relacionadas com essa resposta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Por fim, o relat\u00f3rio tamb\u00e9m abordou a ajuda fornecida pela UNICEF e o impacto social da despesa p\u00fablica \u2013 com um foco espec\u00edfico nas medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o social e na cobertura nacional de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o contra a COVID-19.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This project documented public finance management in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic for the World Health Organization in Angola.
