O PRICE \u2013 Programa de Redu\u00e7\u00e3o Imediata de Custos de Explora\u00e7\u00e3o, em formato de quick audit, incidiu numa interven\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea de fornecimentos e servi\u00e7os de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, tendo inclu\u00eddo a compreens\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica da pol\u00edtica de custos, a an\u00e1lise da fonte de custos e a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas de redu\u00e7\u00e3o. Este programa passou por uma segunda fase, ou extens\u00e3o, e teve como objetivo identificar op\u00e7\u00f5es de pol\u00edticas de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos, avaliar o seu impacto e elaborar um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es. O \u00e2mbito da interven\u00e7\u00e3o da LBC incidiu na redefini\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas de custos nos ganhos imediatos em tr\u00eas grandes vertentes: custos de explora\u00e7\u00e3o; plano de investimentos; custos de oportunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de consumos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Na sequ\u00eancia dos projetos PRICE foi elaborado um modelo de compras eletr\u00f3nicas com o intuito de materializar poupan\u00e7as na fun\u00e7\u00e3o compras. Os trabalhos realizados pela LBC englobaram val\u00eancias das \u00e1reas de compras, contabilidade e sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, e contemplaram a caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o do panorama existente, a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do modelo de e-procurement, bem como a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto-piloto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O projeto levado a cabo permitiu otimizar o ciclo processual, levou \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos e ainda \u00e0 diminui\u00e7\u00e3o dos consumos na reguladora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
