Este consistiu numa avalia\u00e7\u00e3o inicial de compet\u00eancias de lideran\u00e7a, seguida de treino em compet\u00eancias tendo em conta as especificidades da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, nomeadamente a gest\u00e3o da inova\u00e7\u00e3o e da mudan\u00e7a, estrat\u00e9gia, planeamento e monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o de equipas de elevado desempenho, gest\u00e3o de projetos, delega\u00e7\u00e3o e responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, finan\u00e7as para n\u00e3o financeiros, entre outras. O programa foi conclu\u00eddo com uma cerim\u00f3nia de entrega de diplomas, em que esteve presente o secret\u00e1rio de Estado da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Angola, e para a qual foram convidados alguns \u00f3rg\u00e3os de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos e inefici\u00eancias<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Lideran\u00e7a em A\u00e7\u00e3o foi um projeto inovador que deu origem a outro programa, direcionado para chefes de departamento do Minist\u00e9rio, e novamente customizado em fun\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades espec\u00edficas dos participantes. Este segundo Lideran\u00e7a em A\u00e7\u00e3o teve m\u00f3dulos mais operacionais, focados na gest\u00e3o de pessoas, intelig\u00eancia emocional, gest\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a, gest\u00e3o arquiv\u00edstica e documental, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com o Lideran\u00e7a em A\u00e7\u00e3o o Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Angola uniformizou estilos de lideran\u00e7a e de gest\u00e3o nos seus dirigentes e reduziu custos e inefici\u00eancias.
