{"id":440,"date":"2016-12-23T14:49:32","date_gmt":"2016-12-23T14:49:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lbc.leadershipbt.com\/2016\/12\/23\/gestao-da-implementacao-de-erp-para-otimizar-processos-1\/"},"modified":"2026-10-27T14:45:34","modified_gmt":"2026-10-27T14:45:34","slug":"gestao-da-implementacao-de-erp-para-otimizar-processos-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lbc-global.com\/pt\/gestao-da-implementacao-de-erp-para-otimizar-processos-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Informa\u00e7\u00e3o partilhada por todos num \u00fanico portal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A LBC colaborou com a empresa na conce\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ficou definido que a vertente intranet funciona como um reposit\u00f3rio de informa\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as \u00e1reas (formul\u00e1rios, templates, normas e procedimentos, dados de acolhimento e seguran\u00e7a, lista de contactos, calend\u00e1rio corporativo, not\u00edcias, avisos, an\u00fancios, etc.); que no portal do colaborador este pode consultar o seu perfil, turno de trabalho, declara\u00e7\u00e3o de vencimento, guias m\u00e9dicas; solicitar f\u00e9rias, justificar aus\u00eancias, etc.; e no site das diversas dire\u00e7\u00f5es estas t\u00eam informa\u00e7\u00e3o referente aos seus processos, m\u00e9todos de trabalho, documentos, calend\u00e1rio da dire\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aumento da qualidade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada vertente do portal agregou um conjunto de funcionalidades de base que foram implementadas com recurso ao framework Microsoft Sharepoint 2013, e contou com a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as dire\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia (que tiveram um papel fundamental na facilita\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso a informa\u00e7\u00e3o, contribuindo na conce\u00e7\u00e3o dos sites).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O portal aumentou a qualidade da informa\u00e7\u00e3o partilhada pelos utilizadores, disponibilizando canais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e intera\u00e7\u00e3o com os funcion\u00e1rios, enquanto d\u00e1 acesso a dados e a documentos, automatizando processos como pedidos de f\u00e9rias ou justifica\u00e7\u00f5es de faltas (de referir que, para as funcionalidades de Recursos Humanos, houve a necessidade de integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Sequence Kinetics e o SAP).
