{"id":436,"date":"2016-12-23T12:21:40","date_gmt":"2016-12-23T12:21:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lbc.leadershipbt.com\/2016\/12\/23\/portal-adotado-a-100-por-varios-organismos-publicos\/"},"modified":"2026-10-27T16:48:42","modified_gmt":"2026-10-27T16:48:42","slug":"portal-adotado-a-100-por-varios-organismos-publicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lbc-global.com\/pt\/portal-adotado-a-100-por-varios-organismos-publicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Portal adotado a 100% por v\u00e1rios organismos p\u00fablicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrar, envolver e formar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os objetivos inclu\u00edam melhorar e facilitar o acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos trabalhadores do Minist\u00e9rio, enquanto o site funcionava como instrumento de partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas e de promo\u00e7\u00e3o da melhoria interna cont\u00ednua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A LBC teve como principais desafios a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00faltiplos departamentos e organismos na equipa do POCIQ, envolver os utilizadores em todas as fases do desenvolvimento do portal, formar os diversos utilizadores e entidades, fazer o acompanhamento da ado\u00e7\u00e3o do portal por todos os departamentos e organismos envolvidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rece\u00e7\u00e3o e ado\u00e7\u00e3o plenas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O portal teve tal aceita\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos diferentes intervenientes que, cinco anos depois, foi lan\u00e7ada uma segunda vers\u00e3o para acompanhar a sua evolu\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto porque h\u00e1 acessos di\u00e1rios por parte dos diversos servi\u00e7os e organismos do Minist\u00e9rio a v\u00e1rias \u00e1reas (que v\u00e3o desde a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas de responsabilidade social \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a oferta formativa da Secretaria-Geral para os trabalhadores, passando pela publica\u00e7\u00e3o de not\u00edcias e de eventos com interesse para os funcion\u00e1rios do Minist\u00e9rio).
