A ENSE \u2013 Entidade Nacional para o Setor Energ\u00e9tico enfrentava o desafio de simplificar o contacto com cidad\u00e3os e entidades, num contexto de crescente procura por respostas r\u00e1pidas, multilingues e dispon\u00edveis 24\/7.
