In 2020, according to a study promoted by Linkedin, the most sought after interpersonal skills were related to the centrality of the individual. Skills such as creativity, collaboration and persuasion were at the top of demand for learning and development.
The demand for technical skills was, as expected, related to technology: blockchain, cloud computing, data analysis, artificial intelligence, User Experience (UX), among others, but also the challenge of sales, with particular emphasis on companies that were forced to work remotely and with enormous challenges of virtual sales.
In 2021 adaptability and requalification are key. How companies are managing to respond to the challenges of the economy low touch, high digital? Management challenges, whether executive management or people management, join the technological challenge as we realize that remote work is here to stay for some time.
At LBC, we are carrying out a comparative study between what companies are looking for and what people are looking for, with particular emphasis on the millennial generation. We seek to understand the alignment between management and employees. We invite you to participate in this study. We will share the results with the companies that participate in it.
