The action developed was aimed at providing participants with essential skills to clarify the key aspects associated with business strategy; reduce the risk of defining inappropriate indicators and unattainable targets; structure a monitoring system with defined rules, responsibilities and periodicity; improve feedback and the quality of decisions taken.
Applicable ideas
The training lasted for three days, a total of 21 hours, and was attended by 17 employees. In the end, 82% of the participants stated that the training met their expectations. The executives highlighted the “pedagogical capacity, the empathy of the trainer and the practical knowledge” transmitted, as well as a “great integration between theory and practice”, with “exposure of ideas applicable to the improvement of the company”, in addition to the “suitability from formation to our reality”.
