Teamcoaching
Based on the needs conveyed by the entity, LBC conceived, developed and programmed a team coaching action for 25 directors of the institution, consisting of moments of classroom training and group coaching sessions.
The difference
The “We make a difference in Leadership” program had a final evaluation/level of satisfaction of “very good”, with 90% of trainees declaring that the action “exceeded expectations”. For the institute leaders who participated in the training, it helped “learn to know myself better”, allowed “to always have an answer to a given problem”, was “facilitator of knowledge”, made the executives become “closer and more with confidence in colleagues”, as well as with the feeling of “I can, I am capable and I deserve it”.
