To support the start-up of private banking operations in Mexico, Banco Sabadell decided to move towards a BPM solution based on the “on-boarding” process of new customers.
LBC's intervention occurred throughout the project's complete life cycle, from survey and functional design to implementation, rollout to production, and also the transfer of knowledge with training actions to the final customer in Mexico.
