reinforce the execution
One of the projects carried out by LBC for the entity, this time in the field of leadership, talent management and training, involved the creation of a development program for 100 airport management staff. The innovation program designed by LBC consisted of holding value creation forums (strategic innovation and value creation initiatives) with the aim of boosting the dynamism of a new culture in the company; increase the use of methodologies for transforming customer needs into value-added products; reduce the time to market of internally designed products; encourage work in multidisciplinary teams (between departments and between categories); and encourage each worker to “make a difference”. The ulterior motive? – Reinforce the execution capacity of the company's internal team.
Originate processes
LBC acted as a trainer in the initial phase of the work (preparing the facilitators), as an advisor in the middle part (following the sessions with the 100 participants), and as a performer in the final phase (supporting the jury in evaluating the workers' ideas) . In addition to the training, motivation and team building aspects, this project originated processes that were implemented by the organization in the short term.
