The community support management ecosystem has been structuring and guiding its activity towards “the process” rather than “the function”, creating a BPM (Business Process Management) philosophy, in order to obtain efficiency gains, promote strengthening the response capacity and addressing the challenges associated with risk management and fraud prevention.
The redesign carried out by LBC of processes to simplify the management of community funds to improve the perception and access of all potential beneficiaries to community funds proved to be a fundamental contribution to a better service to the entire community fund management ecosystem and to the pursuit of the vision of AD&C (Agency for Development and Cohesion) in assuming itself as “a European reference in the coordination of regional development policy and in the coordination of the application of European funds”.
