Business ideas and pitching
The five-day initiative carried out by LBC, which involved 40 staff from the organization (divided into groups and then together), featured value creation forums (exercises for generating and evaluating business and pitching ideas) based on the NABC method – Need, Approach, Benefit and Competition, in the Canvas model and in the Elevator Pitch technique.
Concepts with practical application
Participants were challenged to submit ideas with real business application to the competition. The concepts were refined until there were ten projects and, finally, the three best (in which the elements of the teams whose ideas did not pass to the next stage were welcomed and fully integrated into the groups of chosen ideas). In the end, the 40 executives responded to the challenges posed by presenting three business concepts to the executive committee, which were validated and taken into account for the future of the organization.
