A COTEC Portugal had the strategic objective of creating greater proximity and relationship with its associates through its Digital portal. Another of its challenges was the wide range of information it had, on different topics and distributed through different channels, such as YouTube, Facebook and other digital channels. In order for all this information to be easily accessible, there was a need to create an information repository and a good research tool.
All this information required greater monitoring in order to better understand the behavior of the target audience that consumed it. In this context, through an exploratory analysis of users and its previous portal, LBC identified a set of needs and themes that would create greater involvement with the COTEC community. As a response to the challenge, LBC developed a resource area, integrated into the portal, containing Webinars, online courses and videos with the option of exclusive access to associates and other members via a reserved area.
Creating, in this way, a community platform for COTEC members, which would allow them to be closer to the activity and with a better experience in using the tools and content available.
