Requirements
- Degree in administration, tourism, secretarial work or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Portuguese and English
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and ability to work as part of a team

Main responsibilities
- Call and email handling
- Support to the financial department
- Welcome clients and suppliers and direct them to the meeting rooms
- Preparation of meeting rooms
- Management of office supplies and supplies
- Organization of agendas, travel and internal logistics
- Archiving and correspondence management
- Maintenance and organization of common office spaces
- Replacement of office supplies and consumables
