Her career, Beatriz has led and delivered projects across Europe for both private equity investors and corporate clients, including 10+ successful buy- and sell-side transactions in B2B and B2C industries. Her expertise covers the assessment of business models, market dynamics, customer economics, digital performance, tech infrastructure and AI-related opportunities.
Beyond due diligence, Beatriz has coordinated digital strategy and transformation initiatives in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, B2B services and consumer goods. This includes the design of digital go-to-market strategies, marketing efficiency programs, CRM and automation frameworks, and digital transformation roadmaps.
In addition to client delivery, Beatriz has managed cross-functional consulting teams, led workshops and steering committees, contributed to business development and supported internal capability building and knowledge sharing in growing organizations.
She holds an M.Sc. in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, a B.Sc. in Business Management from Nova SBE and a Digital Transformation Certificate from BCG & the University of Virginia.
